Monster Jam

Rob and Sheila will talk with one of the organizers of Monster Jam on the FOX19 Morning News.  This year the "Rumble in the Jungle" will take place at Paul Brown Stadium. Monster truck enthusiasts are excited to see how the new venue will affect the event.

 

 

Madden funeral today
 
The Funeral for Specialist Russell Madden will be held this morning at 10:30 a.m. at Divine Mercy Parish in Bellevue.  Madden will then be buried at St. Stephen Cemetery in Fort Thomas.  Madden was serving in Afghanistan when his convoy was hit by a missile.

 

 

 

 

Alleged arsonist already in jail

29-year old Shenikque Anderson is charged with arson after fire investigators say she started a fire at the Williamsburg apartment complex on July third.  Anderson was already in jail on other charges.

 

 

 

 

 

Group traveling to Uganda

A 27-member group made up of doctors nurses, medical students, pharmacists and dieticians will leave for Uganda today.  The group  from the Comboni Mission Center will spend roughly two weeks educating people in Kabingo about health and hygiene.

 

 

 

Police investigating morning shooting 

Investigators say a man was shot in Elmwood Place early this morning. According to police the shooting happened on Vine street just after midnight.  FOX19 is working to get more details and will update you throughout the morning.
