Woman in Alpaca case asks for release to take care of daughter

HAMILTON, OH (FOX19) - The woman that is charged in beating to death a baby Alpaca back in February has asked to be released from jail so she can care for her 2 year old daughter.

A judge had previously denied bond for Stacie Mullins, 23.

She was arrested last month when she was found her car with the co-defendant in the case. They had been ordered to say away from each other.

Mullins says that her daughter's father is in Iraq and there is no one to care for her child.

She will see a judge July 12th.
