CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - Bond was set Monday morning for three men who are charged in connection with killing a witness to a murder.
Judge Robert Ruehlman set bond at $2 million each during a special arraignment for Keyvonte Criswell, Desmond Criswell and James Johnson.
Investigators say Keyvonte Criswell was charged in a murder in Avondale in February. Police say he gave his cousin, Desmond Criswell, and James Johnson the name of a witness in that murder. Desmond Criswell and James Johnson are now accused of killing that witness, Aaron Burns.
All three pled not guilty to their involvement in Burns' murder.
