CINCINNATI (FOX19) - For the second time in eight days, a victim has been fatally shot near the Fay Apartments.

This week's shooting happened late last night.

One person on President Drive called authorities and said a man was outside yelling he had been shot. Police arrived shortly after and found a victim outside the apartments.

The victim, John Anderson, 29, was taken to the hospital, where he died.

Police did not find any witnesses to the shooting, although several people reported hearing the shots or heard the victim.

The shooting comes one week to the day after the shooting of 21-year-old Terry Johnson in an SUV on Nottingham Street.  A few days later they put out a warrant for 20-year-old Deonte Slater, who is still at large.
