UPDATE: Police say Covington man robbed Hebron liquor store

Hollingsworth turned himself in Saturday morning at the Boone County Detention Center where he is being held in lieu of a $20,000 bond.

BURLINGTON, KY (FOX19) - Boone County deputies are searching for Kenneth Hollingsworth in connection to a robbery Thursday evening at the Hebron Discount Liquor & Tobacco.

Police say he walked into the story around 7:45p.m waving a handgun.  He pointed the gun at the clerk and demanded money.  He left with a wad of cash and drove off in a small, white 4 door car.

Investigators identified the robber as Hollingsworth and said his last known address was 316 West 21st Street in Covington.  An arrest warrant charging Hollingsworth with Robbery 1st degree has been obtained.

Hollingsworth should be considered armed and dangerous.
