Parents charged after drugs found near infant

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - A Northern Kentucky couple has been arrested after police found drugs in their car, along with their 7-month-old infant.

Kurt Miller, 29, and Lindsey Miller, 19, are both charged with possession of drugs, possession of illegal drug instruments, possession of illegal drug paraphernalia and endangering children.

Police say they pair was arrested Tuesday on Mound Street during a consent to search on their car. Officers found drug needles, a crack pipe, syringes and a spoon with heroin residue in their car.

The couple's 7-month-old son was also in the car.

Both were taken to the Hamilton County Justice Center. Bond for both of them was set at $3,500.
