Chilled Melon Gazpacho

Chilled Melon Gazpacho from Josh Campbell at World Food Bar

1 medium sized melon
1 Jalapeño pepper
1 clove of garlic (optional)
1/4 cup basil
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 cup dahi yogurt
Slice the melon, remove the seeds, cut out the skin and cut the pulp into coarse chunks. Chop the jalapeño pepper. Peel the garlic clove. Chop basil. Put everything in a big bowl toss gently and let marinate for 2 hours in the fridge, covered. Take out and process with a food processor until homogeneous, adding dahi yogurt, honey, salt to taste. Serve cold.
