CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - A Kentucky man was arrested for stealing items from the deli inside the Hamilton County Courthouse Monday.

Court Officer Ken Pendleton observed Alfred Arnold, 52, stealing 2 cans of pop, a package of Hostess Cupcakes, and an issue of the USA Today from courthouse security camera footage.

Officer Pendleton was able to identify Arnold from the security footage and found Arnold through talking to several people at the courthouse that were involved in the same case that Arnold was a witness for.

When Arnold returned to the courthouse later Monday, he was arrested.

The items Arnold stole from the deli amounted to a total value of $4.85. The deli at the Hamilton County Courthouse is run by Mr. Kent Parker, a man who is legally blind.
