BATAVIA, OH (FOX19) - Police have arrested two teenage boys after a series of vandalism in Clermont County.
Several vehicles, residences and sidewalks were spray painted on the night of June 23 throughout the Bristol Lake and Sycamore Creek Subdivisions in Batavia Township.
Police talked to witnesses and collected evidence named two male juveniles, ages 15 and 16, as suspects.
Police say both suspects initially denied involvement in the offense, but they are now charged with several counts of criminal damaging and one count of burglary.
"The burglary offense stems from the juveniles entering a residential attached garage and removing numerous cans of spray paint to commit the offenses," said Sheriff A.J. Rodenberg. "The juveniles have been charged through juvenile court and are awaiting adjudication on the charges."
