CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - A woman is behind bars after police say she attempted to burglarize a Mariemont home and got locked inside.
Niva Campbell-Moxley, 28, is charged with one count of burglary.
According to court documents, the resident walked up the sidewalk to her home on Grace Avenue and found a ladder next to the side of the house and the window opened.
The resident said she caught Campbell-Moxley was stealing a TV and cords, so she locked the back and front doors and got in her car to call 911. She told police Campbell-Moxley began chopping at the front door lock.
Campbell-Moxley was taken to the Hamilton County Justice Center.
