A HEAT ADVISORY has been issued for the Tri-State today. It will feel more like 100°+ when you factor in the temperatures with the dew point. Also, a SMOG ALERT is in effect for our urban city centers. Our daytime high will officially be 91° with a chance of pop-up thunderstorms this afternoon.   The chance of rain will continue through dawn Wednesday morning, with thunderstorms, and then again late Wednesday afternoon.
