LEBANON, OH (FOX19) - A 31-year-old woman who dressed as a teenage boy to date another teenager has pled not guilty to the charges against her.
31-year-old Patricia Dye was indicted in Warren County Court Tuesday on misdemeanor sex charges. Dye pled not guilty to the charges of sexual imposition, attempted sexual imposition and contributing to the delinquency of a child.
The felony sex charges against Dye were dropped by a grand jury Monday afternoon.
The charges stem from Dye's alleged relationship with a 16-year-old girl who thought she was dating a 14-year-old boy named Matt Abrams.
Each of the charges that Dye faces in court carry a charge of six months in prison.
