Special election results from around the tri-state

(FOX19) - Two special elections were held Tuesday to decide on tax issues.

In Mt. Healthy, a replacement levy and a tax increase to pay for street repair and construction was on the ballot. The unofficial results, according to the Hamilton County Board of Elections, are:

  • For - 138
  • Against - 184

In Preble County, a school 0.75% income tax renewal for the Preble Shawnee Local School District was on the ballot. The unofficial results, according to the Preble County Board of Elections, are:

  • For - 551
  • Against - 528
