SOUTH LEBANON, OH (FOX19) - Deputies in Warren County are still investigating who provided alcohol to a teenage girl found barely breathing Wednesday morning.

"The young lady's feet was here, and I could see them off my porch after the 7-year-old boy told me he found her, and her head was up here," said neighbor Russell Elliott, who discovered the girl unconscious. "She couldn't talk, she was unconscious and we called 911."

The shed sits in Weily Pace's front yard in the Riverbluff Mobile Home Park -- police tape now marks the area where the girl was found just after 7 a.m. Wednesday morning.

Pace says she was barely clothed, with her under garments laying beside her.
"I just seen her there with her clothes half down and panties up beside the shed and shoes beside of her," Pace said.
Once paramedics arrived, they were able to find a faint pulse and the girl was taken to the hospital. Warren County Sheriff's deputies say the teenage girl had been drinking and found no evidence of foul play.
Residents say the girl lives in the mobile homes too. They're still trying to piece together what happened to the teen they say was a friendly and nice neighbor.
"It just scared me, I mean that we found her laying like that," Elliott said.
