Police look for suspect in Avondale home invasion

AVONDALE, OH (FOX19) - Police are looking for a suspect after a home invasion in Avondale where the victim was beat and tied up.

Police say Scott Reuter, 45, broke into the home in the 3800 block of Reading Road and struck the victim multiple times with the butt of a butcher knife and cut him on the hands, arm and wrist. He is also accused of dragging the victim by force from his bedroom to his boiler room and taping him up.

Reuter got away with cash, three German guns and two Smith and Wesson .38 caliber revolvers, as well as the victim's silver 1990 Lincoln Town Car.

Police have issued an all-county broadcast for Reuter. He has long brown hair and a Swastika tattoo on his right leg. Police have issued warrants against him for aggravated robbery, abduction, felonious assault and vehicle theft.

He is considered armed and dangerous. Call 911 or Crimestoppers at 513-352-3040. if you see him.
