Former P&G vice president; owner of Blue Chip Enterprises dies

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - Ross Love, a former Procter and Gamble Vice President and owner of Blue Chip Enterprises, has died.

Love passed away Tuesday morning. He was the founder of Blue Chip Broadcasting, the media company that owned WDBZ-AM and WIZF-FM radio.

For 28 years, Love worked for Cincinnati's Procter and Gamble, ten of them as Vice President of Advertising.

Love has been honored as a "Great Living Cincinnatian" by The Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce.

He was a co-chair of Cincinnati Community Action Now (CAN) after the unrest of 2001, and was on the Board of Trustees for United Way.
