CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - One of three men who were involved in a 2002 murder was sentenced Wednesday.
Joseph Nickley, 36, will spend the next three years behind bars for his role in the murder of Nolan Moi.
Moi, 19, was shot to death in his Madisonville apartment in March of 2002.
Police say Nickley, Joseph McNally and Nathan Elrod were all members of a gang called The Queen City Knuckleheads. McNally and Elrod have pled guilty to their involvement in the case and will be sentenced later this month.
