EXCESSIVE HEAT WARNING -- Has been issued for the entire Tri-State from now until 8pm. Expect it to feel more like 105 to 110, when you factor in your HEAT INDEX. Special attention needs to be paid to our urban city centers where black top and concrete will add to the heat. Our daytime air temp will be 96. A SMOG ALERT also remains in effect for today.
