Lowes help orphanage build garden

CINCINNATI (FOX19) - Volunteers from the Beechmont and Western Hills Lowe's stores helped St. Joseph Orphanage build a garden for the children.

Lowe's donated all the supplies and the volunteer time to complete the community project.

"We partnered up with St. Joseph orphanage and they were in dire need of a garden section for the children; a learn and grow activity for them. So we saw the opportunity and seized it. We reached out to them to help them with their needs," says Fausto Fuentes, Store Manager at Lowes.

After the garden is complete, the children will start planting fall flowers and getting ready for the spring planting.
