BLUE ASH, OH (FOX19) - A Blue Ash police officer pled not guilty Thursday afternoon on OVI and menacing charges.
Jason Lobenthal, 38, was arrested August 7 in the 3200 block of Erie Avenue. Police say he was swerving and refused to take a Breathalyzer test.
He is also facing menacing charges for allegedly threatening a woman earlier in the night.
Lobenthal entered a written not guilty plea during arraignment on Thursday. He is on administrative leave from his job as a Blue Ash police officer.
