CINCINNATI (AP) - High temperatures helped cause a record-low attendance for the 155-year-old Hamilton County fair in Cincinnati.
Fair officials say only 7,500 people visited last week's fair, half as many as last year. They blame heat that stayed in the 90s, plus the weak economy.
The urban-area fair has been struggling for years. It may seek corporate sponsors to help as it makes changes to try to revitalize the annual event.
