CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - A homeless man is behind bars after police say he broke into three local businesses,

Mark Salter, 52, is charged with three counts of breaking and entering.

Police say Salter broke into Angel's Carryout on Vine Street Wednesday and stole 69 packs of cigarettes and a bottle of wine.

Police say DNA evidence reveals Salter also broke into to two other businesses, but didn't get away with anything.

One of them was the old Richter and Phillips Jewelry Company on East Sixth Street, which is unoccupied. The other was Trivantis on Elm Street. Police recovered blood at the scene that matched to Salter.
