CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - Court dates have been set for four teenagers who have been charged with vandalism at a local cemetery.
Police charged two 16-year-olds, a 17-year-old, and another juvenile who was already in custody on unrelated charges with $250,000 worth of damage to St. Joseph New Cemetery in West Price Hill.
Two of the teens had court dates set for August 27. A third suspect his hearing rescheduled for Thursday because his parents were not able to be present on Wednesday. All three remain at the Hamilton County Juvenile Detention Center. The fourth suspect was released from custody because this was his first offense. He will be back in court on Sept. 7.
