DELHI, OH (FOX19) -- The second victim has come forward in the peeping tom case in Delhi Township and the suspect faces more charges.
On Wednesday, Kenneth Blackerby was arrested and charged with one count of voyeurism and criminal trespassing. Police say he took photos with his cell phone of a woman while peeping into her window back in July. Pictures were found on his phone of another person's bathroom, and the search for the victim was issued
On Friday, Delhi Police detectives received a call from that second victim.
After police positively identified the victim, Blackerby was charged with an additional count of voyeurism and criminal trespassing.
He is currently being held at the Hamilton County Justice Center on a $10,000 dollar bond.
