Teens arrested in Downtown Shooting

DOWNTOWN CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -- Police have arrested two teens in connection to Saturday's shooting that occurred in Downtown Cincinnati.

A short time before 7:30pm Police and emergency crews were called to a shooting that occurred at East 5th Street and Broadway Avenue.

Police say that 18-year old Rayshawn Taylor was shot in the parking lot near Broadway Avenue. The victim then ran up Broadway where he collapsed.

Taylor was then transported to University Hospital where he is being treated.

A police officer witnessed the shooting, which lead to police catching two suspects. Both suspects are juveniles.

A 17-year-old males was charged with Possessing Weapons While Under Disability and Tampering with Evidence. The second teen is charged with Carrying a Concealed Weapon.

Additional charges are possible and the investigation is still underway.
