The Fire Museum celebrates 30th FIREFEST

CINCINNATI (FOX19) – The Fire Museum of Greater Cincinnati is celebrating its 30th year with a family oriented FIREFEST on Saturday, September 11, 2010. The Museum will be open FREE of charge from 10AM to 4PM during the event thanks to an anonymous donation to honor our firefighters.

Several major events and many activities are planned for the day, including health screenings from UC Health. The University Hospital Ambassadors will be on hand to provide personal blood pressure and diabetes screenings, and to distribute brochures on healthy living.

The Fire Museum of Greater Cincinnati is located at 315 West Court Street, Downtown, and is open Tuesday –Friday from 10AM to 4PM, on weekends from Noon to 4PM, closed Mondays and major holidays. Admission is $7.00 adults, $6.00 seniors, $3.00 children over age six; FREE for children six and under.
