SPRINGDALE, OH (FOX19) - A Springdale man is behind bars after police say he exposed himself in front of a family in the parking lot of a Perkins restaurant.
Martin Sebastian, 37, is accused of public indecency, DUI and driving without a license.
Police responded to the Perkins on Glensprings Drive Wednesday on a report of a male exposing himself and urinating in the parking lot. When officers arrived, they found Martin's car had been broadcast as a possible OVI. He told police he had been there for about 10 minutes and had not eaten or drank anything since he got there. He did admit to urinating in the parking lot.
Police took Sebastian into custody and said he blew a .213 on a Breathalyzer test. The legal limit for driving in Ohio is 0.08.
