It took almost one full quarter for the Wyoming offense to make its 2010 debut, but when it finally did it showed signs of why it was so potent. Cowboys' quarterback Kyle Seyfried threw three touchdown passes over the last three stanzas as the Wyoming receivers found their way deep into the Edgewood secondary all evening long.
Jonathon Tighe was on the receiving in of two of those scores. He came into the game as one of only two receivers in the Tri-State with over 1,000 yards in his career.

Junior Max Kadish had impressive opening on the offensive side of the ball catching eight balls, including a 2-yard touchdown pass to get the scoring started in the second quarter. Already a polished defensive back, he also came up with a big interception in the fourth quarter.
Edgewood's only score came when they answered Wyoming's first score. Tony Davis found his way out of the grasp of several Cowboys and scampered 64 yards down the sidelines after a short pass from quarterback Corey Farler. That made the score 7-7, but Wyoming took control of the game on offense from there through the end of the third quarter which would be enough to for the Cowboys to bring home the victory.
Wyoming plays host to Turpin (1-0) next week. The Spartans enter the game with 14 straight regular season wins. Edgewood (0-1) plays host to a very good East Central (1-0) squad.
