CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - Upgraded charges have been filed against a man accused of peering into women's windows in Delhi.

Kenneth Blackerby was charged earlier this month with voyeurism, a misdemeanor of the third degree. On Thursday, police upgraded the charges to voyeurism, a misdemeanor of the second degree.

The use of an electronic device to capture the voyeurism upgrades the charge. Police say Blackerby used a cell phone to take photos of a women while he was peeping in their window.

A misdemeanor of the 2nd degree is punishable up to ninety days in jail, as opposed to 60 days in jail for the misdemeanor of the 3rd degree.

Blackerby appeared in court Friday morning to face the upgraded charges. His bond is $5,000.
