Suspect uses knife to rob Circle K

FRANKLIN, OH (FOX19) - Police say a man attempted to use a credit card at a Circle K in Franklin around 1:30 a.m. but when the card was declined, he pulled out a knife and demanded cash.

Police say the suspect is a white male, about 5' 5", and was wearing a dark blue shirt with jeans.

Police say he has the letter "G" tattooed on his right hand.

Police have not said if the clerk was injured or left unharmed during the robbery.

    The shooting suspect, 17-year-old Dimitrios Pagourtzis, has been jailed on capital murder charges.
