CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19)- A Hamilton man who is facing multiple charges after threatening to kill officers appeared in court Monday morning.
Court documents say Forrest Frankenstein, Jr., 39, was at the Toby Keith concert at Riverbend on Friday night when he approached officers and said, "If I had a knife I would stab you."
After being handcuffed, police say Frankenstein kicked out the back window of the car, making it unusable. He also threatened medical workers treating him after his arrest.
Frankenstein was arraigned Monday morning on vandalism, menacing and disorderly conduct while intoxicated charges. His bond was set at $80,000.
