Second woman found guilty of drugging children at daycare

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - A second woman has been found guilty of using a dietary supplement to drug children at the Covenant Church Day Care in Springfield Township.

Donna Scott was found guilty of three counts of child endangering after she was turned in by a co-worker for giving Melatonin to children in order to help them sleep.

Scott could face up to 18 months in jail when she is sentenced Sept. 15.

Another worker at the day care, Pamela Hartley, is serving a six-month sentenced for the same thing.
