BATAVIA, OH (FOX19) - Two 25-count indictments have been returned against a Clermont County couple accused of several robberies.

Gerald Sarver, 35, and Laverne Sarver, 29, of Batavia, are charged with fourteen counts of burglary, one count of attempted burglary, nine counts of theft and one count of theft of a firearm.

The charges result from fifteen reports the Clermont County Sheriff's Office has received in the past 90 days for burglaries on Glancy Corner, Hawley Road, Moore Marathon, State Route 131, Sharps Cutoff, Bauer Road, No.9 Road, US 50, and Weaver Road in Jackson Township, Bethel Concord Road, Clover Road, Twin Bridges and Todd's Run Foster Road in Williamsburg Township, and on Lucas Rd in Wayne Township.

The Sarvers are also facing charges in Brown County after they were arrested last month when police found their 4 and 5-year-old sons in the car waiting while their parents committed the crime.

"The husband and wife team used State Route 133 as a corridor from their Batavia home to locate potential targets," said Rick W. Combs, Clermont County Chief Deputy. "It is likely additional charges and suspects will be identified as investigators continue to work the cases."

Gerald Sarver is incarcerated in the Brown County Jail, and Laverne Sarver is in Clermont County Jail.

None of the stolen property has been recovered.
