CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - A Hamilton man was indicted Tuesday morning after being charged with threatening to kill police officers at a Toby Keith concert.

According to police, Forrest Frankenstein, Jr., 39, was at the concert in August when he approached officers and said, "If I had a knife I would stab you."

After being handcuffed, police say Frankenstein kicked out the back window of the car, making it unusable. He also threatened medical workers treating him after his arrest.

Frankenstein's court date is set for September 29. He is still at the Hamilton County Justice Center.
