Police identify South Cumminsville murder victim

SOUTH CUMMINSVILLE, OH (FOX19) - Police have identified a murder victim in South Cumminsville.

Police say two people were shot at around 9:15 p.m. Tuesday night in the 1700 block of Weber Street.

Lamarck Carter, 22, was pronounced dead at the scene. The other victim, who hasn't been identified, was talking with police in an ambulance. That person was taken to University Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Police haven't released any information on suspects or a motive at this time.
