CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - Three of the four juveniles accused of vandalizing a cemetery were in juvenile court Friday.
The teens were charged last month with causing over $250,000 in damage at St. Joseph Cemetery in West Price Hill.
A warrant was issued for one of the teens after he failed to show up for his appearance on Friday. He will be held at the juvenile detention center at least until his next hearing, which is scheduled for Sept. 21.
Another teen was retained in custody because he has a previous record. The other two teen were released from custody, but must wear electronic monitoring devices.
