The Cincinnati-Hamilton County Community Action Agency is located at 1740 Langdon Farm Road in Cincinnati.

Eligible individuals must live in Hamilton County and earn a household income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines ($44,100/year for a family of four).

The following documentation is required when applying:

  • photo identification

  • Social Security Cards for all household members

Individuals applying for rent assistance must also bring a court-ordered or three-day eviction notice. A disconnection notice is required when applying for water bill assistance.

CAA received funding from the American Recovery & Reinvestment Act (ARRA) to help Hamilton County's low-income families obtain basic necessities, such as food, housing, and water. After Sept. 30, funds will be limited, so families should apply as soon as possible.
