CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - A 21-year-old mother has been indicted on several charges after prosecutors received video evidence of her teaching her 2-year-old daughter how to smoke pot.

"It is unbelievable to watch on video a mother teaching her 2-year-old child how to smoke a joint," said Hamilton County Prosecutor Joe Deters.

The Prosecutor's office released the cell phone video to the media on Wednesday.

"I am just grateful that somebody in the community was savvy enough and smart enough and cared enough about this little girl that they forwarded it to another phone and brought it to authorities," said Deters.

Neighbors say they cannot believe what Gamble is accused of doing.

"This is out of the ordinary for this neighborhood," says longtime resident and neighbor Barbara Parker. "It made me feel like there was no supervision, that there was no caring."

Jessica Gamble's charges include Corrupting Another With Drugs, Endangering Children and Tampering with Evidence.

The video was recorded on Gamble's cell phone and it was taken at her Springfield Township home.

According to Hamilton County Prosecutor Joe Deters, the video shows a child who is not inexperienced with smoking pot.

"It doesn't look like its new, you know what I am saying. It looks like it's been smoked on for awhile," he said.

Hamilton County Job and Family Services has taken the child and placed her in the care of a relative.

Gamble is currently at the Hamilton County Justice Center on a $10,000 bond.
