UNION TWP, OH (FOX19) - A manager of a Union Twp. gym was indicted on multiple drug counts Wednesday afternoon, some involving manufacturing and trafficking steroids.

Jeff Storch, 41, was indicted after a search warrant of his Batavia house recovered firearms, currency, a marijuana growing operation, five pounds of marijuana, anabolic steroids and steroid producing compounds which when properly combined would result in hundreds of doses of anabolic steroids, according to the Clermont County Sheriff's Dept. The search was performed in May.

Thursday evening FOX19 did talk with Storch, he did not want to comment on his case or go on-camera. Storch was working at Bodyworx Thursday. His attorney did say Storch never sold performance enhancing drugs out of the gym and that the charges are baseless.

On a blog post earlier this month, Storch states: "It is a weird and comforting feeling to be legal and a good feeling to know that my stuff is now 100% legit.  While I still have a my legal issues ahead still I have taken the stance that I will not worry about the things I can not effect and just be proactive not reactive in my life."

These indictments were also the result of an investigation that began in May.

Storch is the a partial owner and manager of BodyWorx Fitness 24/7.

There is no court date or appearance listed with the Clermont Clerks office regarding Storch's charges.
