CINCINNATI (FOX19) - The Cincinnati Museum Center has opened a new ant habitat in the Museum of Natural History and Science.
The habitat will house hundreds of black carpenter ants. This is the largest species of ant in Ohio and they range through most of Eastern North America.
Visitors will be able to see ants digging tunnels, carrying eggs and larvae, and might be able to see the queen ant.
Admission for the museum is $12.50 for adults and $8.50 for kids.
