FAIRMOUNT, OH (FOX19) - A teenage girl was injured Friday morning when she was struck by a car on her way to school.
It happened around 8:30 a.m. on Harrison between Fairmount and Knorr.
Police say Latasha Butte, 14, was crossing north to south when she was struck by an eastbound vehicle.
Police say Butte was not in a crosswalk. The driver, Arthur Hasinki, 50, of Westwood, was not injured.
Butte was taken to Children's Hospital, where she his listed in stable condition.
The crash remains under investigation, and no charges have been filed at this time.
