The second quarter belonged to Colerain (4-0, 1-0) senior running back Trayion Durham, who scored three touchdowns in the stanza to put away Fairfield (1-3, 0-1). Durham would wind up with 113 yards rushing.

The Cardinals ground attack was too much for the Indians to handle as they ran for 420 yards and six scores on the night. Quarterback Tyler Williams led the way with 159 yards and two touchdowns. Fairfield has given up 567 yards and 13 touchdowns the past two weeks to Colerain and Winton Woods while being outscored 97-13.

Colerain will host Lakota West (1-3, 0-1) as their defense will be chomping at the bit to get to sophomore quarterback Jordan Darling. Fairfield looks to get back on track at Lakota East (1-3, 0-1).
