BATAVIA, OH (FOX19) - A Clermont County Grand Jury has indicted a Cincinnati businessman on 21 counts of felony, including 10 counts of theft from an elderly person or disabled adult.
The charges against Former president of G.K. Insurance and Financial, Mark G. Kirchoff, are in relation to his allegedly soliciting checks and not using the funds as promised to purchase securities.
Kirchoff is accused of depositing $250,000 of investor's money into his personal bank account.
The investors in this case include senior citizens up to 90 years old, including one with a disability.
Kirchoff was a licensed insurance agent in Ohio from 1991 to March 2010. Kirchoff is currently in the Clermont County Jail awaiting trial.
