HAMILTON, OH (FOX19) - A stripper who was indicted earlier this week on murder charges for dragging a client under her SUV was arraigned Thursday morning.

Kristina Hensley, 35, of Higginsport, was originally charged with leaving the scene of an accident for the August 7 incident that killed Jae Cho, 31. However, after the case was presented to the grand jury earlier this, charges were upgraded to include two counts of murder and aggravated robbery.

Hensley was arraigned on the new charges Thursday morning and had her bond set at $250,000.

She will have a pretrial hearing on Oct. 21 and has a trial scheduled for Jan. 10.

Police say Hensley told them Cho touched her inappropriately when she was called to perform at his house and that he jumped in front of her SUV as she fled. She then dragged him under her SUV for over a mile before pulling into a gas station.
