CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - A mother who was indicted for video taping her 2-year-old daughter smoking pot was back in court Friday.

Prosecutors asked the court to increase Jessica Gamble's bond to $50,000, but a magistrate denied the request and set it at just $10,000, saying there is no room in the detention center. Gamble was ordered to stay away from all children, including her own.

Gamble has been out of jail on bond since she was charged earlier this month with Corrupting Another With Drugs, Endangering Children and Tampering with Evidence.

Prosecutors released the video that was shot on Gamble's cell phone earlier this month. It shows the child smoking a joint and you can hear Gamble encouraging her in the background.
