LEXINGTON, Ky. (AP) - A judge has sentenced a former University of Kentucky student accused of setting a fraternity member ablaze to two years of probation.
The Lexington Herald-Leader reports 20-year-old Sean Patrick of Hebron was in court Wednesday. He pleaded guilty to wanton Dunn endangerment and criminal mischief in the incident.
Police say Dunn wrapped another Sigma Alpha Epsilon member in bathroom tissue and ignited the paper. Flames engulfed John Pelosi up to his shoulders. Pelosi rolled on the floor to extinguish the flames.
The SAE chapter at has been suspended until the fall semester of 2012 for violating alcohol policy, according to Joe Anderson, president of Kentucky's SAE Alumni Association. ---
