CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - Cincinnati Police are investigating a serious injury crash that happened in front of District 1 Wednesday night around 9 p.m.
Felicia Barham, 33, of Fairmount was driving southbound on Central Parkway when her car was struck by another vehicle driving the wrong way down the street. The vehicle traveling the wrong way also hit a street light.
Barham was then transported to University Hospital where she was listed in serious condition. She was not wearing a seat belt.
Regina Rogers, 48, of Sycamore Township, was operating the vehicle that was driving the wrong way on Central Parkway. She was transported to University Hospital, where she's listed in stable condition. Passenger 51-year old Rick Lundy of Over the Rhine was treated and released; neither of them were wearing seat belts.
The traffic unit is continuing to investigate this crash, but they can say it was alcohol related. Criminal charges are pending.
