CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - A South Cumminsville woman is behind bars after police say she fired a gun into a group of people, injuring four of them.
Latoya Kirk, 29, is facing four counts of felonious assault and one count of having weapons under disability.
Police say on Sept. 14, Kirk fired a shotgun into the ground that ricocheted and hit four people. One person suffered a hand injury, another a left leg and knee injury, another a right leg and knee injury and the other a left knee and wrist injury.
According to court documents, Kirk handed the shotgun to another person and fled the scene before police arrived. She was arrested on Thursday.
She is being held in the Hamilton County Justice Center on a $50,000 bond.
