Pair arrested for stealing from elderly woman; 1 still on the run

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - Police have arrested two people and are looking for a third who are accused of stealing over $15,000 from an elderly woman.

Robert Gillette, 24, of Maysville, and Jamie Inman, 21, of Cincinnati, were both arrested Friday and charged with one count of theft.

Police say Gillette and Inman performed labor at an 82-year-old woman's house between April and June of this year. The woman learned that her credit card had been used to purchase over $1,300 in merchandise and her credit card had been used to withdraw over $13,000 from her bank account. She also learned that a pistol she owned was missing from her home. Her total loss was $15,472.11

Police are also looking for a third person believed to be involved in the theft. Bryan Berry is known to frequent Maysville, Ky., Falmouth, Ky., Cleves and the Colerain Township area.

Gillette and Inman have been released from jail on their own recognizance.
