CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - A South Fairmont woman is facing several charges for attacking a man with a sword and trying to cash a check belonging to a nun.
Angela Offill was arrested Monday - her 29th birthday - and taken to the Hamilton County Justice Center.
According to court documents, Offill attacked a man with a 3.5 inch Katana sword during a verbal argument on Sept. 8. The man suffered a large cut to his finger.
Offill is also facing forgery and receiving stolen property charges for trying to cash a forged check on Sept. 13. The check was written for $95 and belonged to a Covington nun.
Offill is scheduled to be in court Tuesday.
